Bob Dylan at Israel's Western Wall during his son's Bar Mitzvah
Several reports had placed Bob Dylan in Israel for a concert in May. See here and here. Another report was very specific, placing Bob Dylan in HaYarkon Park in Tel Aviv on May 27th.
But there's no sign of Mr. Dylan. His current tour includes Istanbul, Turkey [!], but not Israel.
A Facebook page dedicated to pressing Dylan not to play in Israel is claiming victory.
However, this is probably premature. I hope.
